_{Well, tomorrow I go home to see my family with Jon And I'm seriously excited. Srs. So I may be gone for a couple-a days. But I made a promise to the boss at Gaia House that I'd rest and get lots of illustrations done, so...I'll DO MY BEST -huff-

_{I'm curious where I'm going with my art. I feel like I've improved vastly, but at the same time...I've failed at producing any of the actual stories that are raging around in my head all the time. I can't listen to music anymore without tuning out completely.

I think I need to just focus on getting the stories down, then drawing the characters to go along. This should be easier with this tablet until I get my own.

I don't know. *pbbbthpth*

I also wondered if anyone still roleplayed anymore, or ever has the desire to. I think about it constantly but haven't typed a creative word in two months (and no, I'm not going back to Aetolia). Is it natural to be this age and still like ... want to be creative like that with others? Because writing stories alone just isn't as fun - that's my argument at least - but it's still childish and distracting from the real issues in life. I don't think thats what appeals to me though.

Hmm... what else...

Remember when I used to type up my dreams and ask for interpretations? Well I've got one for you. About a year ago, I had this dream, this discernible dream that when I woke up, I thought it really happened. It was a canoeing trip with my mother, and we hiked through these tall, sandstone cliffs that looked as though some snake had crept along the edge of the walls and left a path in its wake. When we finally got to water, there was this little waterfall, and then a river to canoe on. And we'd always go over this little waterfall and go down this river, and at the end was a lake split in two. I have this distinct vision in my mind of looking over beyond a very thin line of trees and shrubs and seeing the other side glittering, and on the opposite shore is a little girl who just watches us. I don't know what her face looks like, don't know what she's wearing or what color her hair is, but I know she's there. And suddenly, I'm on this old abandoned railroad bridge that goes over that river, and there's trees on either side, though they're pretty stunted. And the tracks go on forever, and I can see the remains of overpasses above me and far in the distance. And someone is always talking, though I can't hear what they are exactly saying, and for some reason, I think of my Uncle.

I've seen the overpasses in other dreams that I think I've mentioned before. At the end of one of them is 'artridge Lane', and then another river, perhaps the same one.

I'm wondering if people have this whole other reality in their minds when they sleep, and these whole areas mapped out, that as they dream - even if they don't remember- the places in their dreams are connected to other places. Hell, I could connect all of my dream places to at least one other dream place.

I don't know... I'm rambling because I'm tired and don't want to call my RA.

_{If it pleases anyone to know that I've nearly finished coloring my poster with all dem chibis. I've inked about a third of it, so I figure...another week and it'll be done.

I feel bad for not being any more various lately. I've been desperately wanting a tablet, and all the ideas for drawings I've come up with I don't want to do with marker. The reason being I don't have enough money to buy new pens or markers even if I wanted to. Damn you end of semester/christmas.

That and I guess I've been feeling muddled and a bit concerned. I don't know. Maybe I'm just tired. I worry a lot lately. I hope I don't become like my mother. Really.

Expect some scraps soon lovelies. Also, I'm sorry I haven't gotten around to continuing the Gray Feathers comic...I'm writing it now. I'll post it later today. Mm. Eye candy.

How were your thanksgiving breaks? I'd love some conversation.

By the way, anyone like the new header and footers? I think they're silly.}

_{[update!] FINISHED @D It's in my scraps lulz. For those of you that didn't notice.

[update] Got 95 people drawn thus far. Still have about half, if not a tiny bit less of board space left. I've made it a goal to draw at least 10 characters a day, and it's been working Maybe that's what I need so I can stay committed to things. Do a few drawings a day, absolutely.

On a side note, dig the new header/footer...? xD Shut up, I did. The header makes a reference to the picture of Trinity in her bikini.

Lucas would like to see that again.

ANYWAY. Ahem. I apologize for my absence as of late. Finals are approaching and I've returned to my old 'draw all my characters as chibis on a giant illustration board'. So far I've drawn 46, and that was me working non-stop from about 2 to midnight. This is tedious, but so damn worth it.
