I have a little difficult, I manage though, only just. I find getting the fingers right without having them looked mangled in some way difficult.

I would say chest/waist, since alot of your characters have this really hourglass figure that doesn't take into account the ribcage xD But that's your personal style and it works well.
Shoulders/neck could use the most work... I think your style could benefit greatly from more sophisticated anatomy, but it's difficult, I know.
